La hipótesis central de éste artículo es la idea que el conflicto central de Lisa, una jóven mujer bulimica, invadida por fantasmas de omnipoptencia. El funcionamiento bulímico de lisa, implica una pérdida de limites entre su si misma y el otro, provocando el no reconocimiento de la ley. Su complicidad incestual con su madre nos lleva a explorar la problemática de despersonalización-diferenciación caracterizando el trabajo de subjetivación de una adolescente y las repercuciones en la construcción de la femenidad.
This article’s central hypothesis is that the central conflict of Lisa, a young bulimic woman, is transformed by fantasies of omnipotence. Lisa’s bulimic behaviors imply a loss of boundaries between self and not-self, leading to violations of the law. Her incestual complicity with her mother prompts us to explore issues of personalization and differentiation characterizing the subjectivation-work of an adolescent girl and its impact on the construction of her femininity.
Al desarrollar ampliamente el caso de una joven paciente bulímica, en torno a momentos de mutación de la relación transferencial y de los azares afortunados de una transferencia lateral durante la cura, el autor intenta poner en evidencia los aspectos peculiares y específicos de su relación de objeto. Propone interpretar la problemática de adicción y de dependencia respecto al objeto alimenticio como fallas en los procesos precoces de identificación, fallas.
Vinculadas con el hecho de que el objeto original de implicación fue » identificado mal » o se hizo » identificar mal « . Así, el objeto no pudo ser introyectado, sino meramente incorporado. De ahí derivaría la búsqueda sin fin (dependencia) no tanto del objeto mismo como de un intento de identificación » de » dicho objeto para identificarse con él y desalienarse de él.
El tratamiento psicoanalítico de adolescentes y mujeres jóvenes que presentan graves trastornos en su conducta alimenticia, sobre todo conductas bulímicas, permite plantear cierto número de problemáticas cuya singularidad requiere elaboraciones metapsicológicas. Así, la articulación del masoquismo y del narcisismo conduce a subrayar la predominancia del masoquismo moral subyacente a una violenta culpabilidad, asociada a una construcción particular de las fantasías de seducción, en las cuales el sujeto ocupa un rol activo, fortaleciendo su convicción de haber seducido al padre. El » crimen » determina el recurso a conductas de autocastigo mediante ataques al cuerpo, según un impulso de tipo melancólico.
Developing at long lenght the case of a young bulimic patient around mutative periods of the transference relationship and of the fruitful drawbacks of a lateral transference within the cure, I try to stress the particular and specific characteristics of her objet relation. I suggest that one should interpret the addiction to food as being the problematics of flaws in archaïc identitification processes linked to the fact that the primary cathexis were “ to identify badly ” or were “ badly identified ”. The object could thus not be intrejected but only incorporated. Hence an endless quest (addiction) not so much of the object itself but, rather, an attempt to identify “ that very ” object in order to identify oneself to it and thus be able to avoid being alienated by it.
the psychoanalytic treatment of adolescent girls and of young women suffering from severe food disorders, e. g. specifically bulimic behaviours enables one to point out quite a few problematics whose singularity calls forth metapsychological elaboration : the articulation of both masochism and narcissism enables one to stress the predominance of a moral masochism underlying a severe guilt associated to a specific building of seduction fantasies. Indeed, the subject herein holds an active role, which confirms the strong belief of having seducted the father. Such a “ crime ” compels any recourse to self-punishing behaviours throug an attack on the body within a move which sounds highly melancholic.
A través de un caso de una paciente bulímica, el autor se propone como objetivo, de remarcar la presencia de criptas tanto en la linea maternal como paternal. El recurso a un objeto externo fetichiste era necesario para poder impedir la deriva narcísica : Esbozada en los estados infantiles precoces ; dicha deriva, en efecto, estaba provocada por la mediocridad de la constitución del vínculo objetal.
Through the case of a bulimic patient, the author aims to pinpoint the presence of crypts, in both the maternal and the paternal lines. Recourse to an external fetishistic object was necessary to prevent narcissistic drift : already sketched out in the early stages of infancy, it was provoked by the mediocrity of the establishment of the object bond.
