Los aspectos clínicos y terapéuticos de los trastornos graves asociados al comportamiento de violación y de asesinato entre adolescentes son considerados aquí a partir de las técnicas proyectivas. La especificidad de los protocolos T.A.T. demuestra la eficacia provisional de la escisión que opera entre dichos adolescentes, así como su fracaso en cuanto se requiere una representación de pérdida de objeto, movilizando entonces una angustia considerable de abandono y de aniquilamiento que contribuirá a desbaratar la intrincación pulsional. La tonalidad de un vacío interno mortífero se traduce entonces en un narcisismo en riesgo permanente de desmoronamiento.

The understanding of the clinical and therapeutical approach of severe behaviour disorders in terms of rape and murder with some adolescents is here studied from the point of view of projective techniques. The specificity of T.A.T. protocoles shows the temporary efficiency of splitting at work with such adolescents but also its failure when the representation of object‑loss is appealed to, hence summoning up a huge abandonment and annihilation anxiety which will entail drive defusion. The tonality of an internal lethal void is hence unfolded within a narcissism constantly threatened by being broken down into pieces.

La compréhension de la clinique et de la thérapeutique des troubles majeurs du comportement de viol et de meurtre chez l’adolescent est envisagée ici à partir de la contribution des techniques projectives. La spécificité des protocoles T.A.T. montre l’efficacité temporaire du clivage à l’œuvre chez ces adolescents, ainsi que l’échec de celui-ci lorsque la représentation de perte d’objet est sollicitée, mobilisant alors une angoisse considérable d’abandon et d’anéantissement qui va contribuer à la désintrication pulsionnelle. La tonalité d’un vide interne mortifère se déploie alors dans un narcissisme toujours menacé d’effondrement.
