Scarification raises questions regarding physical and psychological limits, limits between the internal space and the external space of adolescents. They also question the narcissism and the representation of the body. Thanks to interviews with suicidal adolescents, we broached the performance in the real of psychical conflict. Through scarification, adolescents symbolize dividing lines in space, time and in their relationship with others. The thought following the action therefore helps to start a psychical work and restart the thinking system.

At the « Maison des Adolescents » de Bobigny, Casita, the reception process is a central element of the treatment setting. Carried out by a pluridisciplinary duo of staff members, who ensure a plurality of readings of the adolescent’s suffering, it is carried out in several appointments, generally over the course of a few weeks. Using a clinical vignette, we will try to show the fundamental functions of the procedural work of receiving, both as an evaluation of the request for treatment, but also as a moment of elaboration before any orientation towards treatment

Les scarifications de l’adolescent posent des questions concernant ses limites physiques et psychiques, limites entre son espace interne et son espace externe. Mais elles interrogent aussi le narcissisme et la représentation du corps. À l’aide d’entretiens réalisés auprès d’adolescents suicidants, le présent travail approche la mise en scène dans le réel de la conflictualisation psychique. Grâce aux scarifications, les adolescents parviennent à symboliser des frontières dans l’espace, dans le temps et dans leur relation aux autres. Seul l’après-coup permet un travail psychique et la remise en route de « l’appareil à penser ».

À la Maison des Adolescents de Bobigny, CASITA, l’accueil est un élément central du dispositif. Assuré par un binôme pluridisciplinaire d’intervenants de l’équipe, garants de la pluralité des lectures de la souffrance adolescente, il se réalise en plusieurs rendez-vous, généralement sur quelques semaines. À partir d’une vignette clinique, nous proposons de mettre en évidence les fonctions fondamentales du travail processuel de l’accueil, à la fois comme évaluation de la demande, mais aussi comme moment d’élaboration avant toute orientation vers une prise en charge.
